We rented chairs for our Christmas party, they were so awesome to work with very nice and helpful. I will for sure use them again for our next event.

I called to rent a tent for 3 weeks. They referred me to Karen. When I talk to her I noticed she was short and rude. I told her I wasn’t interested do to her way of talking to me she said fine and hung up the phone . I called back to tell her how rude she was, she start yelling I hung up. She shouldn’t be working retail. Rude person.

I had an awful experience with Tucson Party Rental, they do not pay attention to details and delivered the wrong color table cloths. They then disconnected their help line and had no way to reach them over the holiday weekend. I spoke with Alan Wagner (Manager) he was rude and unhelpful and put the blame on me for signing the delivery form. Moving forward, I will only rent from Arizona Party Rental.

Mike Gleave jr. Works there and is a very polite and awesome employee there he does his best to make the tables and decorations beautiful and wears a smile from beginning to the end and they are very blessed to have him working for them.
