I have 2 6yr old boys who loved the karate class and my 13 yr came out of her shell and loves jiu-jitsu!

I train at another gym about 45 minutes away from Team East Coast but frequently attend open mats and other events at Team East Coast. The training environment I've seen at East Coast is truly remarkable, I highly recommend checking this place out if you want some of the best jiu-jitsu in the area.

These guys were very professional, and very courteous. It's not some cookie cutter program, they have knowledgeable coaches, and even had a guest coach the first day that I went. Got to go over some techniques, and then practice some BJJ with fellow students. Super excited to be joining this group of people!

This is an excellent place to learn martial arts as well as tenacity respect and dicipline. I give East Coast Martial arts a 100 out of 10
