Called and got someone to come over and give us an estimate right away they emailed the price within a few days and they followed up to see if we wanted to book. I booked the order and gave them my credit card and then found out that it would be three weeks before installation. (I was upset about the date as I felt that should have been vocalized before I gave my payment information ) but they put me on a fast track list and were able to install it within the next 2 weeks. The mirrors look great they did a tremendous job. Overall very happy that I went with them.

Sometimes things don't go 100%. And this is where you then see two kinds of service providers: There are the ones that either simply disappear or defend themselves (and even "fight" you), and then there are firms like CGM. We were working on a project with CGM and at some point in the process a corrective course was necessary. Simon immediately took action and came out for a full analysis and evaluation of the situation without trying to distract. It was just a very good and thorough review with ultimately a very satisfactory and fair solution. That was a very high-quality customer service experience

Worked with Simon and his team to fix a shower door installed by another company. Their quote was ~50% of the quote from the company who installed the shower door to begin with. The team was professional, finished the installation today, and left everything spotless.
In the future, if I need a new shower door or a fix for my current shower door, I'll likely come to Chicago Glass & Mirror first and would recommend them to others.

I used CGM for a glass shower enclosure in my master bathroom and am so far very pleased with the results. The installers David and Salvador were professional and timely. My tub isn't the most conducive to a glass enclosure, but they seemingly make it work without any issues. (Note: the blue tape in the attached pic was temporary - its since been removed)

Manny and Rafael were awesome. This was a complex contiguous backpainted glass countertop and mantel. The walls were completely out of square and I wanted an extremely tight fit. They worked tirelessly to get the cuts and finished product to my specs! Manny is a perfectionist. The company from Simon (sales) to Mario (operations) are all determine to make you happy with the finished product!

Raphael and Ivan were amazing. Our new shower glass and door look stunning and couldn't be happier with the installation. In addition to great care and attention during the installation, both Ivan and Raphael stepped up, literally. Moments before our delivery, our elevator went out of service, but both Raphael and Ivan decided to carry two massive panes of 1/2" glass up 4.5 flights of stairs in order to get the job done. They took extreme care in maneuvering the staircase to ensure the glass remained flawless and I simply couldn't be happier. Great work from start to finish with Chicago Glass

I've worked with another customer shower vendor before, but this one was the best! I worked with Frank B - who personally came to my home and reviewed all of my options with me. After installation, there was a small issue with some water outside of the door, but the installation crew was promptly back and fixed the issue. The final product is perfectly functional and GORGEOUS. Highly recommended - from the sale to the installation, each person was friendly, took proper safety measures, and was extremely professional. Our glass shower door exploded out of nowhere one night and we didn't know what to do. Frank came out pretty quickly and explained everything to us. Then his team removed all the broken glass which was our main concern so that was great. Finally David and Salvatore installed the new glass and it looks even better than before it shattered. They made everything easy for us, even in the middle of a snow storm in a pandemic. The price was also very affordable. Would definitely recommend.

I am extremely satisfied with my new frameless shower door from Chicago Glass and Mirror. Simon was extremely helpful walking me through the options available and they had the best prices around, especially for the quality. After taking some basic measurements, he set up an appointment to have someone come by to laser measure as they custom manufacture their own glass for each job. After a couple of weeks , Salvador and David came by to do the installation and were very friendly and professional. I would recommend Chicago Glass and Mirror to anybody doing a custom frameless shower door.

We had an excellent experience using CG&M to install a glass door in our shower. Kevin is who came out to give us a quote. He was was very friendly and professional and got the quote to us quickly.
Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the guy who came to do final measurements, but he was also great. He was right on time, worked quickly and efficiently and explained that they would need to alter the original design of the door because the shower bench wasn't level. His new plan is even better than the original, and best part is that it didn't cost more!
