Tech was professional and quick. My issue is that it was a sat afternoon and they charged me double the rate. They did not tell me it would be double until after service was completed. Thus should be stated ahead of time. Not good business to tell me after it will be $150 instead of $75. Recommend using a more up front business.

Quality work. Reasonably priced. They will only charge you labor for time they actually spend laboring. Hinesville Plumbing saved the day.
I was quoted $2,000 by another local, highly-rated company in Hinesville for a clog. I suspected they had misdiagnosed the problem. After diagraming the pipes, the clog was nowhere near where they said. Hinesville plumbing was able to come out, install a clean out, cap two pipes, and clear the clog for about 1/6 the price of their competitor.

This place is ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. I called for a “appointment” but I was never told a time or a set date. I called more than once and they haven’t showed or called in the span of two days after telling me they would indeed be out. The lady we spoke with seemed to be very unprofessional and unpleasant. Their other reviews sum up what’s going on as well.

Had leaking from my kitchen sink. Although they replaced the PVC pipes from under the sink, problem wasn't fixed. Returned and wanted to charge me another $140 to replace my kitchen faucet which they didn't fix the first time. They were suppose to fix wherever the leaking was coming from and didn't. Now I have to find a handy man to replace my kitchen faucet.
