TERRIBLE COMPANY! Shouldn’t be called “today lending”, or even “tomorrow lending“... they have given us multiple closing dates and change it last minute every single time!!! We’ve lost multiple days of work, due to taking off for a closing and then being put off, as well as money lost on a temporary storage unit to hold our belongings because we moved everything out expecting to close and they changed it on us last minute!!! I’d give them ZERO stars if I could! Has cause nothing but headache and hassle!

Buying your 1st home is suppose to be a great experience but with Chris Davenport it was a complete nightmare! Today lending has to be a government funded business because “No” work is being done at that company. After being pre-approved for $185k (pre-approval letter from company also) we found a house to purchase. We submitted paperwork for 2 months straight and got the run around for 2 months straight. Chris blaming underwriting & vice versa. Never returned our calls in a timely manner and after 3 months of the run around and turning in paperwork, today lending told us that we only qualified

Today Lending was excellent in providing assistance with our home loan. Jorge went above and beyond for us, showing up and answering questions after normal business hours and being with us for every part of the home buying process. I highly recommend Today Lending. I was preapproved on a Monday, put an offer on a house the next day, and closed in 30 days. There was a lot of paperwork required based on my particular situation, but Kelly guided me through it painlessly. Chris called to check on me during the process and called again after I closed. I was trying to buy a foreclosed house, but the first bank I talked to said the appraisal was not going to work because the house needed repairs before we could close. My realtor recommended Today Lending and I got a Repair Escrow loan so I could do the repairs after closing. That saved the whole deal. David did a great job. Thanks! Lynn

I bought a foreclosed house that needed some work. The loan officer helped me get the right kind of loan so I could finance the repairs into the price of the house. It took about 60 days to get it all done. Everything moved right along schedule and we closed right on time. This was a complicated but great deal for me. 5 stars! Pat

Been a nightmare, was in escrow for like 50 days was told I needed a paper which I sent than everything was "perfect " two days later deal falls through. Took days to get a hold of Chris Davenport. He told me my USDA loan fell through but If I get a FHA I would be fine so I called him regarding getting an FHA this was on Thursday or Friday of last week it's Tuesday aug 13 and still haven't heard anything... DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY TO ANYONE UNLESS U LIKE BEING KEPT IN THE DARK ON YOUR LOAN...
