He called to ask if he could come a day earlier due to some appointment, which I quickly agreed to so that we could take care of washing out the dried bee hive on my roof wall as quickly as possible.He was very friendly, smiled a lot, & meticulously cleaned the area I wanted cleaned. He was very thorough & also completely cleaned the spots around it.
