SCARRING! 4 years later I still have horrible scarring from this place. Instead of giving me a refund, they begrudgingly offered me a discount on a future treatment - still expecting me to spend money there.
I went in for micro needle tattoo removal - which they don't do anymore because I'm not the only person who ended up with keloid scars. But they basically tried to brush it under the rug. I've tried this place a few times. The nurses and estheticians are professional and lovely and know what they are doing. But the young ladies who check you in and take your money are snooty with big attitudes. What a shame. I gave them a third try hoping it was an off-day. Just rude and annoyed and not really feeling like they even enjoy their jobs. I'm not going back. Too bad because it's a nice location and they offer a nice array of procedures.

I'm not sure if this is an unfair review because I haven't gotten service from them. BUT that's the point ! I called multiple times on different days to try and book an appointment, I emailed the provided "contact us" option on their website , no response. I purchased a Groupon for their business ( WHICH I BELIEVE IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY) but that's a separate issue. You cannot get in touch with this place- even if I didn't have a Groupon and just wanted to get a service how would I be able to !?

They will make every effort to make you feel unworthy of their time if you want to use their groupon deal price. I first had to follow up to get any response at all and then I was ghosted after mentioning Groupon. Why bother having deals on Groupon if you have no customer service or new client appreciation coming from it?

I once agreed on a certain price for botox. I had a voicemail recording. when I got there they tried to oversell like 60-70 units. I was 30.
We ended up agreeing on 48 units. and result was good. However when coming to pay they wanted to charge me more than what was agreed on. Then they said oh that Price was only for the first 20 units.
Fortunately I had that recording.
Now again - I called to make an appointment. Made sure a certain provider will treat me and that she's doing under the eye injections.

This is one of the best places I found through Groupon. They have the best prices, experienced skin experts who have worked in the field for years, all over LA at top doctors. But choose to work here.
I love working with Carol, Bentley, and Stacy who manages is great!
They've helped my skin so much (with my acne scars) and they care more than most places I've been for face treatments. I always leave happy and they are all so nice and professional.

Terrible experience. I’m beyond disgusted at the way they treat their clients. I had a 2:00 pm appointment yesterday and after asking kindly 4 times- they finally put me in at 2:30 pm. I waited for half hour- when I had said I did have somewhere to be at 3:00 pm. The nurse that took me- her name was Elaine I believe, did not bother to apologize when I came in, she only told me to sit down and asked in a condescending tone “were you even on the schedule today” and I said yes.. I called this morning. She said “ok so you were a late scheduling. Great. Thanks.” And walked out the room and

Wow just to get a $30 refund here is a lot of calling feels they just don't want to do it, talked to the manger she said she'll call back, then the receptionist she said the manager will call back, but nothing not even answering the phone, keep that money! Meh!
Seems like they need to change the staff there since all these bad reviews coming lately oh well it'll affect business in a long run. I'll call my bank for that money they'll help me faster.

I thought the experience was amazing and I loved everyone there I met especially the woman who worked on my face , but something had to have gone wrong & I’m a model so this really bad for me having a black mark stuck on my face . I have had plenty of skin treatments before in my time and Microneedling has never left me with this huge dark spot on my face I can’t get rid of . I’m afraid my face will be like this forever . I have to go to the Emergency room today to see what this means for my skin and will it go away . ☹️

I got a $63 microneedling usually $150 for 4 and I bought the $20 serum so about $83 for the nice and kind atmosphere.
I left tho.
I couldn't wait to leave at the same time.
I really appreciate to be in my own element.
Let's see if my skin changes in 4 weeks!

Arrived 1/2 hr early so I could wash my own face in the bathroom and apply numbing cream. Had to ask for water and where to sit. The girls were very nice, but it was completely unprofessional. The woman who performed my service was nice, but was never told by the girls that there were 2 services I paid for. She said I should have told her. I should have told her? There was ZERO pampering what so ever. I left with my face dirty and had a product put on my face that SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PUT ON. I'm just thankful I don't have any long lasting problems like others. Buyer beware and do your homework

Bad experience. The botox I received from Dr. Elaine didn't work as well as botox from other doctors in the past. I usually buy the same amount and it's always frozen the muscles in the past, but not this time. So I went back to Dr Elaine to tell her, and she told me to buy more botox! Dr Elaine didn't even try to address my concerns which made me feel even worse. A waste of my time and money.

Nurse Tamara, is highly skilled & very pleasant. She took the time to truly study my face. What I liked most is she is a great listener and she injected small amounts of filler, stopping to check in with me...allowing me to look in the mirror, to see the changes in progress and chime in. I also explained to her that I didn't want to look like the strange wax human figurines after fillers, that some look like. She listened(after she finished laughing)and explained, that I needn't worry about looking like that with her at the needle. The final result was shockingly better than I expected. I left

I have been coming here for a few years now, and I have had nothing but incredibly positive experiences. Not only is the environment gorgeous and inviting, but the staff is, too. Jeanie, the owner, has always been warm and friendly. Elaine, the super star of the spa, has been taking care of me since the beginning, always being my advocate and giving me honest opinions about my care and needs. Elaine did absolute wonders on my lips. She listened to me and guided me into getting something that was natural and on brand with what I was looking for; she didn’t push extra services and was so so sweet and genuine. I came in for filler and I was really disappointed. I waited for 2 hours, everything was really disorganized. I did not even meet a real doctor, physician or nurse. They tried to make me pay for more once I was there. I felt very uncomfortable. I decided to follow my instincts and leave the place right away. I am glade I did after reading about all the bad reviews and the horrible results. They were dishonest and unprofessional. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT RESULTS AND YOUR FACE !!!.
