Critical: Professionalism
Day dispatcher is a joke rude and talks to drivers that aren’t buddy buddy with him any way acts like it’s a problem to do his job if you have a Issue no back up with management due to them being all buddy’s and if you ha e a brain watch out you will be give scrap jobs so u will quit

This is the worst place to work at, drivers and operators stay away from this company they promise you a lot and do absolutely nothing equipment is the worst the mechanics do what they can but it's not DOT reliable supervisor was advise of the problems all he says is that we have a job to cover, and if you get a ticket it's on you. They promise you a lot of work but it's not true for the past month and half I haven't even put in 40hrs a week, to them your not an employee your just a number to cover a job and when you denie a truck because it's not DOT reliable they just put someone else on the
