Had a conversation with the sales person before driving an hour to look at a work truck. As a cash out of state buyer we discussed cost, taxes etc. Drove down looked at the track and was set to purchase. They came back with a quote that included $4500 in dealer fees. Needless to say I laughed and left. It is a scam shop that looks to hide fees and costs through financing. If you don't finance through them they just change you the money outright. Never trust anything they say or buy a car here...

So I went through the process of getting approved for a loan for an SUV that as of today is still available. I get to this dealership only to be told that someone else has left a deposit on the same vehicle. Mind you no one never called to alert me to this fact. While I was not concerned about the young lady that left deposit, I'm more concerned with your unethical business practices!
Don't walk, but run from this establishment!!!!! Crooked and underhanded! I wasted my early lunch to walk off of the lot without the car I came for!
This is ridiculous but I will deal with this car

This review is for the service department only! I've had nothing but good experiences with thw service department. They are thorough and efficient. I tend to panick and expect the worst when my car has an issue. Carlos always always saves the day! I would definitely recommend the service department to others in need.

This is probably one of the worst business(any business), I have ever visited. I went there with a huge expectation especially with such a high rating.
I went there to sell my car. The Manager was an obnoxious a**hole. Those guys gave me a lower price than what CarMax did. And I was fine with that.
But then the manager made some racist comments, about me being Indian, and you must be an engineer. I confronted them and told them this is not appropriate. He said we could have guessed you are an IT/Tech. He was slyly smiling at my accent too.
There are a lot of ways to negotiate but irking your customers

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Awful, awful, awful customer service. I found a car earlier in the week online, then called to make an appointment. Customer service emailed me 3 times, then called the day of to confirm the appointment. After arriving and looking at the car, I was told I could not take it for a test drive until after I "talked numbers" with the manager, because they were short staffed for Memorial Day. What?!?! What used car lot won't let you take a car for a test drive? (That's like having to pay for your dinner before you order your food.) Good

After 3 months of research and shopping around I purchased a 2013 BMW 328i Xdrive here for $17K all in (taxes, dealer fees, etc.) and I had a great experience. I've had the car 2 weeks now, went to BMW for a full diagnostic inspection, check brakes, rotors, etc and everything is in great shape. No complaints!
I worked with Chris Avila and he was awesome, easy to work with, he honored the online price, maybe $1000 in dealer fees which is standard from the 3 total dealerships I visited. And they gave me proof of new brakes and rotors plus a 30 day warranty.
The car selection here is great
