All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.

We've used Rye Limousine now 3 or 4 times in the past year and every time it's been perfect. They arrive on time, the limos are spotless and comfortable and the drivers are so professional and friendly. Yesterday morning when we encountered very heavy traffic on our way to the airport, the driver quickly changed courses and got me there right on time. This company provides 100% reliable service and is all about customer service. I'll continue to use Rye for future travel.

If i could give zero stars i would. We rented a sprinter van for my Sons 9th birthday for six hours from Antioch to top golf in Roseville California. In the beginning everything seemed to go as planned we gave our credit card information to him and set an itinerary for the company reserved for six hours emphasis on the six hours. We rented A up-to-date sprinter which he sent pictures of that seemed good and I was satisfied. On the day of October 9th he calls to confirm our ride. I was happy that he had called to confirm it may be feel more secure with the company. The driver comes early at 1 PM

Great, professional service! Rye promptly followed up to arrange an early morning SFO transfer. Their price was very reasonable. The car arrived early, the driver was polite and professional and it was a great, stress-free start to a long day of travel. Highly recommend and will be using them again.

I am updating my review after giving them another chance (actually I was so disappointed with their service I never would have given them another chance). The owner called and spoke to my husband, it seems that we weren't the only disappointed customers. They fired their dispatcher. They let go of a few drivers that apparently valued sleep over picking up clients on time. I have to say that I am glad that we gave them another chance and they have showed up early/on time both to get us to the airport and back home. The Mercedes was comfortable and the driver was safe. I can't say enough good things about this service. The word "professional" just doesn't seem to have enough impact. They are always on time, helpful, and considerate. During my busy, B-U-S-Y day-to-day knowing that my trips to the airport or Bay are going to be handled without any stress or anxiety makes every other aspect of a hectic day that less traumatic. Yasar is a marvel always there to ensure a smooth transition from "frantic" (on my part) to suave and relaxed.

I decided to surprise my fiancé for her 30th birthday and got us a limo to take us to the airport for an early morning flight. Driver arrived right on time, even after a request to change the time, and was super friendly and a great driver.
Payment process was super easy and transparent unlike most other limo companies that require you to jump through hoops to get a quote. Once you book, all charges (including gratuity) are shown upfront and once your ride is complete, your card is charged. No signing anything, no fumbling around figuring out how much to tip, you just get out and go!

I have used their services twice to transport my grandfather from my house to the airport. I have two little ones and I prefer not to get them up and out of the house at 5:00 am if I have another option. RYE Limousine has exceeded all expectations. My grandfather is very big on timing and is an early bird. The driver both times arrived a bit earlier than the requested time and made sure to get my grandfather's baggage both when they picked him up and dropped him off at the airport. Prices are very reasonable and their vehicles are top quality. Will definitely use again.

As a wedding gift to my brother and sister-in-law, we arranged for a car transport to take them to and from the airport for their honeymoon. I came across RYE when looking to book a service. Based on their responsiveness, ease of communication, and rates, we booked the trips. The drivers were very timely and courteous and coordinating with Alyssa was very easy! RYE has been my limo company favorite for 5 years! I began using them for business travel after my last driver fell ill and went out of business. Until I took RYE I never knew what it was like to be treated like a celebrity! I am partially disabled and I was looking for a service that could be on time, drop me at the Premier GOLD line at… curbside checkin. They have gone way beyond that. My bags are Carried to the curbside checkin my carry on bags right next to me. They don’t even complain about my walker which I have to take with me. I use them for personal as well as business travel

This is my favorite limo service now. After spending days stressing over finding a ride to the city for senior ball we found RYE and I talked to Yasar his customer service was outstanding and stayed in constant communication. I have to thank Agnes at RYE Limousine Service for helping with coordinating and the execution of a recent excursion to Napa for some execs I was entertaining. I was having a very frustrating time with the wineries, as we were starting late in the afternoon, and almost everything closes at around 4:30pm in Napa. Scheduling was a nightmare. The Napa wineries are quite "dickey" about their times when making a reservation. and we were on such a tight schedule, that I could not align with their demands, nor were they willing to accommodate me. Ok so it was Boss's day last Friday! The entire staff planned a nice evening out with our Boss & wife!! They are two of the most amazing people ever & totally spoil us with all kinds of trips, dinners, shows...you name it....they have probably done it, or its in the plans!!!
