Great experience doing business with the team at PMC. Dave in sales, Cheryl and Jason in Service Dept. They all went and continue to go above and beyond. Bought the boat out of state and had it transported to AZ. After taking the boat out there was a few quirks that Jason squared away in a phone call with me and my local boat service center.

I can not even tell you how pleased I am with Pacific Marine Center. I stopped by a few weeks ago as I have been in the market for a boat for several months (Sold both my boats last Fall), the market is tough right now. With a 200 pro xs motor....Jack was beyond incredible to do business with. This outfit is top notch, my wife and I wanted a pontoon boat to put in a slip at the Havasu springs marina..Jack made it happen and effortlessly!

I highly(!) recommend Pacific Marine Center for all your boating needs. 5++++. I recently purchased a new boat from Pacific Marine and they could not have been nicer, more efficient, and courteous. Unfortunately, a huge issue happened with the boat motor once on the water (a manufacturing issue, not Pacific Marine's fault). I called down to Pacific Marine and once the boat arrived they efficiently made all the necessary repairs, fully re-detailed the boat, and I was on my way in no time. They did all they could to turn what was a very difficult situation into something very satisfactory. Thanks

Purchased my first boat from pacific marine center the experience was fantastic. However when it came to repairs there customer service is severely lacking. I was told at the beginning of 2020 when I first had issues with my boat to wait till after Labor Day to bring my boat in because it would be a 2-4 week turn around. 4 months later and several phone calls all of which ended with don't worry the repairs are under warranty. Even the extra service that it's covered since I purchased my boat from them would be taken care of. Ended with them telling me that I would have to pay 714.45

I had a horrible experience with their service department and Jack the owner. I was a first time customer to PM due to them being a Mercury dealer and I had a factory recall. I picked my boat up and it was full of greasy/dirty boot prints from the front-to-back/side-to-side of the boat. I made an amicable agreement with the service manager to pick the boat two days later allowing time for the mess to be cleaned up. To add context, my boat is less than a year old with 20 hours. Update to my original post. A few days after leaving the dealer upset about the wasted trip, I received a call from the owner,Jack. He apologized and gave me options to make it right, including paying for the expenses for the trip. He's called and followed up multiple times as we are working on a used boat purchase of the same boat that we originally viewed in the advertisement.

I have had similar experiences as others in purchasing a used boat from marine center. Lots of promises that were short on delivering. As others have said Jack will tell you that he completes a full service on all used boats but when pushed for a document to provide proof he will not state that he performed the service. The receipt of service completion which he provided me said "Motor oil was very clean on both motors, did not need changed". I was REALLY REALLY pissed off. It doesn't matter if it was clean!. The deal was they would service the boat and I don't care if it needed

I want to start off by thanking the salesman Jason and the owner Jack. They were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process. I live 3 hours away so there was a lot of communication with text and phone calls to get all the details on the boat I wanted. Really a great experience buying our first Pontoon boat from these wonderful people. Jack (the owner) really takes care of his customers. When we first started looking a month ago Jack took time out of his busy day to take us around the boat we chose and really highlight the feature and benefits. He worked with us even though we had a 2 week delay on finishing up our bank finance. He took our hold money and kept that boat from being sold to someone else. I was searching for a new pontoon boat locally however, the prices were just to much for what they had to offer. I went on the internet and found Pacific Marine Center. I searched quite a few shops for a good deal on an outboard. Took the 3 hour drive and don't regret it at all. Pacific is the place to shop. 2nd boat we have bought from them and couldn't be happier! Jack and his team know what they are doing. They really listen to what you want and then place you in the perfect boat. They didn't try to just sell us what they had in stock, they truly wanted us to have exactly what we wanted, even if we had to order it. Luckily, what we wanted was on its way from the manufacture and was able to pick it up a week later. Also have to say their inventory of parts and boat products is pretty expansive.

Here's an update on this situation. 4 months later I have still not received my $5000 deposit nor did they sell me the boat. I finally agreed to purchase their boat even though it arrived much later than promised. Turns out that a recent ding on my credit score did not allow me to get financing with their banks. So while I was trying to get financing on my own, they emailed me that because I left them a bad review a month ago that they would no longer be selling me the boat. I then asked them to refund my deposit but they refused. So at this point, they are holding onto my $5000 and the boat
