Large or small, wood or composite, PPW has an effective low PSI solution for you. We have a wide variety of wood sealants & stains, or will apply your sealant or stain of choice. Decks require routine pressure-washing (about every 2-3 years) by experienced men or women to ensure their future value and stability.
Background: While it may look pretty strait forward, this is was one of the most difficult jobs we have ever done in 15 years. Normally when you clean a deck, or pergola for that matter, you have instinct (or visual evidence) as to where you have been and where you are going. However, with this particular pergola, you had neither option to use as a guide.
Background: Surrounded by tall 100+ year old trees, this court had endured many years of weathering. Without direct sun light across most of the playing surface, and an accumulation of leaves in the corner areas, this court had significant staining and mold. Utilizing two machines & a day and a half of labor, we were able to restore the surface to a beautiful & safe playing condition.

Marc came out to do an estimate promptly and offered a very reasonable price, and then did the work shortly thereafter. I couldn't be happier with the result. My house and walkway look like they did when I bought the house. I will definitely use Potomac Pressure Washing again for power washing services.

Marc was a true professional. Left an initial voicemail and returned the call promptly. He then came out same day to do an estimate. Reasonably priced and came out and power washed a couple days later. He was on time and did a wonderful job. I wish all companies were like this. If I could give him more stars I would.

This was just a great experience. Marc was very pleasant to deal with and very responsive. It took us a couple of weeks to find a day when the weather will be good enough for him to wash our siding. He and his team did a really nice job. Our siding looks as good as it could since it is old and wasn't properly taken care of by the previous owners.
I highly recommend this company.

Marc did a great job power washing and sealing our wood deck. He responded promptly to my initial call, provided a detailed and fairly-priced estimate, and completed the work in a timely manner. Our deck looks like new, and as I write this the water from recent rain can be seen beading up on the boards. I also asked Marc to provide an estimate to wash and seal a wood fence, and Marc demonstrated his integrity by providing an honest assessment that I would be better served not washing/sealing the fence at this time. I would definitely hire Marc again, and would highly recommend his services to anyone
