Lynnette received her vocational training in conjunction with her high school attendance. After high school she attended community college and began working in a salon. Moving to the Silver Valley in 1994, she continued working as a stylist and opened Uptown Hair Studio in 1999. The business continued to grow and in 2003 she purchased the current location.
The historic building was erected in 1909, housing first a bakery and then a Rexall Drug Store, which you can still see signs of in the current salon. Lynnette strives for superior customer service and excellent quality work. In her spare time Lynnette enjoys landscaping, home improvement projects and travel.

I had a wonderful time getting my hair cut at this studio. It was the first time I got a scalp massage with my hair cut, and it was only 22 dollars for everything. I couldn't even believe it, every hair salon I've ever been to have been unfriendly and over-expensive--but this place was nothing but great. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and Alli cut my hair beautifully. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
