Stay away.Took my wifes $6500 and ran with it!!! Poor communication! Returns her calls when she tells him she is not available! Promises the world and does nothing!! No communication. Had a meeting with wife that she had to call and ask for and he doesnt show up. Never filed any contemps or any paperwork! HE IS A FRAUD STAY AWAY!!!!! HAS DONE NOTHING FOR HER AT ALL. SHE HAS HAD TO GO TO THE COURT AND FILE HER OWN PAPERWORK NOW THAT SHE FOUND OUT HE HAS DONE NOTHING AT ALL!!!AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD!!!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! I hired about two months ago to help me finalized my divorce. Attorney Hardy did not work on my case whatsoever. He will not attend any court hearings if it’s person. He will even work with the apposing side to quickly finalized your case because all he wants is to steal your money. If you do not want to waste your time and money, do not hire Attorney Hardy. Trust me, do not hire him. DONT DO IT!!!

No stars here. This man is the reason lawyers have a bad reputation. I fired him two days before my first hearing about my custody modification case. It was the best decision I made.
Please do not be fooled by positive reviews. Note that he reviewed himself at 5 stars. Read the positive reviews & that they all say the exact same things, how 2 or 3 come immediately after a negative review. No way this many people have had positive experiences with this bottom of the barrel lawyer.
I filed a grievance with the State due to his mishandling of my case. Zero communication, couldn't meet his own timelines

Very rude and acts like a wanna be gangster. He will change once he gets money from you. I’d highly suggest he changes his profession to thugging if he’s going to threaten and treat his clients like absolute garbage after charging them tens of thousands of dollars. Extremely unprofessional and I shall make a complaint about his rude and thuggy behavior. He likes to yell at his clients as if he is working for them for free. Attorney Hardy was there for us during a very difficult time for our family. I tell him he was God sent! Engaging with Attorney Hardy was an excellent decision on my part. I was charged with a larceny. I was extremely worried about my pending charge and how this would affect my criminal record going forward as I have never been in any criminal trouble before. Attorney Hardy re-assured me countless times that he would handle my situation and make sure to protect my rights and reputation. Mr.Hardy was very helpful with my case. It was a first offense of Larceny 6th and I had no idea what to do. I contacted Mr.Hardy and he calmed me down, gave me an honest opinion on my case, and told me what he could do for me if he was hired.
