We are conveniently located just 20 miles north of Dallas in Parker, TX. Cross Creek Ranch is a family owned and operated event facility that specializes in the most "all-inclusive" event packages in the metroplex. Cross Creek Ranch and its dedicated staff are passionate about providing you with a beautiful and stress-free event that you've dreamed of.
So when the newly-engaged glow begins to wane and the fog of wedding planning creeps in, couples and their families can find themselves overwhelmed with many decisions to make. Decisions like: which venue fits them and their budgets best? How many vendors do they have to find and contract with? And the amount of work and prep they and their families have to do?

I cannot begin to describe how incredible our experience with CCR was. The gals there are so sweet, funny, helpful and responsive. The entire wedding planning process was seamless as they were quick to respond with every question, flexible with our requests, and on top of everything. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and has truly everything you need. Our primary day-of coordinator, Heather was such a gem and made sure I worried about nothing! Our guests are still raving about their time at the venue and I am so thankful we chose Cross Creek!!

I can't gush about Cross Creek Ranch enough. They really know what they are doing. They take care of almost everything for you, so we got to the venue day-of and felt completely comfortable knowing that everything was ready and would run smoothly. It was absolutely gorgeous. They even made a special effort to find and include two types of flowers… that my husband gave me on our second date. We elected to have our ceremony and reception outside and it was so perfect. Heather was our coordinator for the day and she was so amazing. Heather and Crystal both made us feel so special and heard

I am disabled and the ladies restroom is less than adequate for a wheelchair. Doors are not wide enough and stall was way too small. Also no lighting in the parking lot after dark. We had to use cell phones to safely find our car. The venue overall is very beautiful though and we enjoyed the wedding very much.

Cross Creek Ranch is a hidden Gem! I had the extreme honor of photographing Mercedes and Andrews's wedding there in July of 2021. From a vendor standpoint, they were so on top of everything and it shows.… Mercedes even raved about the venue to me since they booked it for their wedding and I'm always looking forward to shooting there again.

I can’t say enough about everyone here, my day was so amazing because of everyone that works here. They did on the spot alterations to my made of honor, after the wedding I found out that they ran to a fabric store and back to fix her dress right before we walked down the aisle. They kept me from stressing out and was so very tentative to me and my family. Yalls venue is so beautiful and so county chic and I absolutely loved it!! Thank y’all so so much for making mine and my husbands dreams come true!

We had our wedding back in March 2021. We Absolutely Loved the Venue. The ladies at Cross Creek Ranch are Amazing. They were very helpful in making our dream wedding come true. Definitely worth every penny… booking at Cross Creek Ranch. We got a lot of complements from our guest of how pretty the venue was.Katie, Crystal, and Heather make the process of planning a wedding so much easier. Y’all are the BEST! ❤️

I got married at Cross Creek Ranch May 2021, and let me tell you… my wedding was no easy feat. It was torrential downpour. (I was told the venue has never flooded the way it did on our wedding day, except for one other time.) Our original plan was to have the ceremony outside by the arbor… then the rain made us change our minds to the pavilion… day of it is literally flooding water at the pavilion. The main bridge to enter the venue was flooded over completely at one point. So we moved the ceremony inside and it somehow was still absolutely perfect. The staff at this venue are top notch,

I adore shooting at Cross Creek Ranch! They’ve always been so wonderful to work with and take care of everything on event days. I never have to worry about anything when I have a wedding there. The ladies and… the staff are the sweetest and so professional. The florals they do are also stunning and photograph beautifully! So happy to be a part of their vendor family!

The venue is nearly all inclusive and comes with a lot of stuff wrapped up into the price. This takes a lot of hassle and stress out of your day. The team -- Heather, Crystal, & Katie -- were super helpful in answering our never-ending questions, preparing everything for the big day, and making sure it ran smoothly.
They have three different ceremony locations -- the arbor, pavilion, and in the reception hall. They also have a groom's cabin and bridal hut.
