BEWARE!!!!!
I was told my daughter had an abscess, needed a root canal, a crown, and had a cavity. I was concerned and scared about her suddenly needing all that work, so I sought a second opinion. She does NOT need ANY of that work done, doesn't even have a cavity! I am so thankful my Mom instinct kicked in. Needless to say, after her entire life there, she's just turned 18, we will not be returning and will be recommending others beware of this practice!

Couldn’t show for my appointment so I called to cancel my appointment, I was told that there would be a charge for cancelling less than 24 hrs in advance, which is fine. It was my fault. However, the lady on the phone was soooo rude conveying this message to me and kept insisting I reschedule on the phone right then and there, though I said multiple times on that call that I’d call back to reschedule. I love the dentist but the staff aren’t always the nicest. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

Krissy the dental hygienist is my favorite person at this place! She has been cleaning my teeth for over 10 years! I love this place! I moved recently and I will definitely drive out of my way to come to place every time. I would highly recommend coming here, Dr. Torres is a wonderful pediatric dentist and is charming just like the rest of the staff!

My son has been a patient with this dental office since he was toddler, he is now 7 years old. The staff is wonderful & very patient with the children. I personally want to thank Jesus for taking his time & being patient while cleaning my son’s teeth. My son has a lot of sensitivity & Jesus did everything to make sure he was comfortable while working with him. Thank you!

This place is amazing! The doctors and dental assistants are very helpful, kind and patient with the kids. The staff is amazing as well!!! My son was terrified from a previous dental experience at another facility, but Dr Bob and Ms. Linda were so kind and patient with my son. They made him feel safe and comfortable again! I highly recommend this facility!!!

We got off to a pretty rocky start but overall I think this is a great pediatric dentist's office.
Visited on 10/10/17 at 9:30 AM. I signed in at the front desk and sat down in the waiting room and the first thing I noticed is a huge cockroach crawling across the floor. One of the other moms in the waiting room grabbed a tissue and squished it and flushed it down the toilet. It's possible it came in from outside and I, myself have had a stray one wander in my home from time to time so I didn't think much of it.
During that I noticed that you have to ask the receptionist for

I'm a friend of a mom whose two girls, 9 and 13, rec'vd braces at this facility. Their teeth are flippin' gorgeous!
My friend paid somewhere between $4000-5000 (each) for them, roughly. If that helps.
The facility always seemed crowded the few times that I went and traffic is so horrid on 60 but staff was polite. No issues there.
My friend told me that this dentist(or one of them) has a facility in the area for adult dentistry? I'll be looking into it.

My son has been coming here for over 10 years. The doctors are amazing and very knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and courteous. They have done a stellar job with routine procedures as well as emergency and cosmetic procedures when my son lost 2 permanent teeth. They have always done a good job..The office offers text reminders and waiting room has gourmet coffee and bottled water. The office is centrally located.

Wondering why they have appointment times. Waited over 30 minutes after the scheduled time, and don't forget to tack on being 15 minutes early as a courtesy to ensure all paperwork is in order. Once they were ready for my daughter's first appointment my wife and I were told that only one parent could go to into the appointment. Will be looking for a better dental office.
