At Being, we believe in a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, which leads to physical and mental health. The discomfort and symptoms you're experiencing aren't just a product of your mind and emotions, but can arise from your body, spirit, and soul; a feeling of disconnection to yourself and to the greater world.
Your health is dependent upon many parts that communicate and work together in an integrative fashion, and therefore it's important to address the whole you, to attend to your needs as a whole individual. Our goal, in order to achieve true mental health, is to help you find and address the root causes of your suffering, rather than to label and treat the symptoms alone; after all, you're more than just a label.

Services
To create an inclusive, culturally aware, accepting, and knowledgable private practice that provides the highest levels of professional excellence and customer service. We offer integrative and trauma based therapy to adults and children, in pursuit of helping individuals, couples, and families heal from past wounds that are preventing them from living authentic, empowered, and love-infused lives.
Individual therapy, or talk therapy, is the traditional form of therapy most people think of when they talk about therapy. In individual therapy, we will work on both developing techniques to gain control of negative thoughts as well as understanding from where those thoughts come.
Through addressing the issues through both of these methods, we will treat symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, guilt, shame, eating and weight issues, low self-esteem, trauma, and relationship issues.Sensorimotor Psychotherapy is a body-centered approach that aims to treat the somatic (body) symptoms of unresolved trauma; trauma as a result of sexual or physical abuse, emotional abuse, accidents, death, and more.

Every patient is different, and their treatment should be as well. I offer my patients a combination of personalized treatment protocols, including individualized lifestyle and nutritional modifications and the addition of medication and medication management, if needed. I strive to assist patients in achieving their optimal mental and physical health through a holistic and evidence-based approach, however that may be.
Curiosity brought me into this field, and I couldn't be more grateful for it. I always wanted to work in the medical field, just never exactly knew what it was, so I did my research and stumbled upon massage, and that's when I knew that this was the career path for me. Not only are my hands a tool to help someone else, but I also get to see the progress in their health.
Therapy, a place of healing, is a relationship between two people, you and me. Like all relationships, it's based on trust, honesty, and vulnerability. At its best, therapy allows for transformation, healing, and acceptance. It's a place where you and I work towards freedom from limiting thoughts, freedom to be who you want, and freedom to become who you know you can be.

My first review ever and I'll keep this brief. Just SAVE YOURSELF!! the hassle and find a place that will not randomly charge your bank account 200$+ in multiple transactions without any sort of e-mail or phone call....during a global pandemic.... and while already struggling with mental health. I could go on, but not a place with good business practices at the very least.
Definitely an "enter at your own risk" kind of warning
