Richard Davis is a Co-founder of the firm. His practice primarily focuses on real estate development, real estate and business transactions, and complex litigation. He has extensive experience and knowledge of real estate law and the rights of property owners. He represents developers, contractors, lenders, borrowers and property owners.
Margie Younce Williams practices in the areas of Trust and Estate Planning, (including planning for small businesses, asset protection, and individuals with special needs) and QDRO Preparation. She works closely with each of her clients to determine their wishes and crafts a plan specifically tailored to suit their individual needs.
