Bruce excels as project manager. He and his wife Darlene (office staff) are a match made in heaven.
They helped us get through a kitchen project that dragged for months. They kept us thinking positively with hope & trust that all would end well. Five stars are easily given to both Bruce & Darlene. That being said, Kim the owner of KLM totally lacks people skills. Outrageous behavior on his part. He absolutely refused to give us any price break what so ever for all our endless inconvenience during the project. Shame...(1) star for Kim, the owner if KLM!
