I brought my Dodge Nitro in for a Sunroof glass replacement.
The service was quick as well as the price being reasonable.
Upon receiving my vehicle back, the sunroof no longer opened, there is a tear in the window tint on my passenger side window, and the pillar cover was not even placed back!
I spoke with the receptionist as well as the technician and all they kept telling me was to CALM DOWN.
The technician said "it must have been like that before you brought it in."
There is NO WAY POSSIBLE I wouldn't notice a rip in 5% tint!
My pillars were both in place when I brought it, and besides
