I had spoken with a Rep from Smartlite (www.smartliteusa.com) for a location in our local mall for advertising. After not receiving a follow up call after the Reps "vacation" I had followed back up to get the ball rolling after getting approval. To my dismay, when I did follow back up they had changed what they had originally offered me and said they would only grant it if we would sign a 1 year agreement. This was NEVER mentioned prior and we where clear we where interested for a 3-4 month window.
