Todd and Rick are the 4th generation of Maddens to continue in the home building / real estate business. Between the brothers, they have built over 500 homes in central Iowa. We have over 12 plans to choose from and each one is customizable to suit any buyer. From colors schemes to door styles, trim to countertops, and siding to carpet, the buyer can choose how to personalize their new home.

I live next door to a house being built. The guys working on the house have parked inches from my driveway for the past week. They can simply pull to the other side of my driveway where nobody parks but they refuse to. Another neighbor of mine parks in the street and today an employee is literally inches from his truck. This is ridiculous. Show… some respect to the people who already own homes in the neighborhood. Madden himself was even parked inches from my driveway the other afternoon. Not everybody works 9-5. I am not asking for too much. Just some respect.

Not good to build a home and start off by having all your crews leaving garbage all over the street, blocking driveways. constantly having to go ask people not to park in front of our driveways daily since this build started. crews are very rude and have cursed out numerous neighbors for having to move there equipment and trucks for the residence that actually live on the street. have no respect or care for anyone around in the neighboring houses!!!!

They watch every board go up. many other builders in town are new to the trade, and push things off to the next guy. madden construction has over 75 years plus experience 5 generations of hand built homes. I have worked personally with Todd and Rick and its 100% perfection all the way from the dirt to the move in day. Not one nail gets overlooked, If your looking for quality, call Rick or Todd.
