NO, less than 1 year old charge controller, IS NOT WEATHERPROOF, OR HUMIDITY proof, NOT hermetically sealed, providing access for both dirt and/or moisture, result controller wasted,..
However, they will give me a discount for purchasing another controller, which will not resist dirt or moisture, and will likely fail to them, which THEY WILL NOT WARRANTY, so you can purchase another controller for use in RV's, Off Grid, but first, area must be sterilized, DIRT FREE and under CONSTANT humidity control so as not to BLOW UP , the radio shack designed controller, while you are camping in your RV.
