A Aawelding By Bear Manufacturing
The boat you choose to invest in will likely spend more time on your trailer than it does in the water. You want safe storage, smooth travel, and easy launches-not to mention low-maintenance durability. Our boat trailers outperform in any condition-whether towing down back roads or launching on even the roughest boat ramps.

From our patented TrailGuard tongue to our waterproof taillights, we build our boat trailers one way: Tough. The best construction. The highest quality materials. Exclusive patented features. If you're looking for a low-maintenance and trouble-free way to trailer your boat, go loaded for bear-Bear Trailer in Lebanon, Missouri.
Services
Located in Lebanon, Missouri and taking our name from the nearby Bear Creek, Bear has been making great boat trailers since 1986. Family owned and operated, Bear's manufacturing facilities have more than quadrupled in size, and we have consistently adopted new materials and processes to ensure that the quality of our trailers keeps pace with changing technology.
Make your trailer secure--and easier to garage-with our patented TrailGuard removable tongue. One-Piece Frame Construction uses a minimum number of fasteners, making it more durable and longer lasting with fewer squeaks and rattles. Saf-T-Lube Hubs make it simple and easy to grease your trailer's inner and outer bearings.
Our facilities are regularly and extensively inspected for adherence to state and federal specifications in order to maintain our NMMA Certification, and quality control is strongly emphasized throughout our manufacturing. After each step in the manufacturing process, each trailer is checked, and then checked again, to be sure it's up to our exacting standards.

Very poorly made trailers in my opinion. Most of welders are not certified and have no business welding anything there all a bunch of stoner drunks from weld to paint to assembly. The paint section is awful the paint is so light most of the time that it's rusting before it gets off the line and all they do is spray it with cheap black spray paint lol. The only reason I know all this is because I worked there it was awful I wouldn't buy a trailer for here I'd be to afraid the trailer would fall apart before I made it out the driveway. If I could give a no star I would.

Worked there for three days only to find I could not physically do the work. They refused to pay me for the 3 days I did work. The production boss, Hayden, is a lying thief. No one should trust this company. I will be posting on all public forums about this rotten company untill I get paid! If they did this to me, a retired military combat veteran, no telling what they have done to others.

I currently own a Bear trailer and have owned other Bear trailers, among other brands, with my other boats over the years(75 year old veteran) and as far as I am concerned there is no other trailer that can compare with quality and performance of The Bear Trailer. The most reliable road worthy trailer from Fairfield, Minnesota to Mansfield, Tennessee and Cape Coral, Florida.

Update- today I received a new trailer and upon inspection it looks as though to be done correctly so at this time I feel it is only fair to say they did come around and right a wrong which a lot of companies don’t do so they will go from 1 star to 4 for doing the right thing. If I have problems I will amend this review again but I am hoping that doesn’t happen
When I first bought my trailer I was impressed. 2 days into owning it I had what i thought was a axle spring malfuntion after getting the trailer up off the ground it was much worse than that. The trailer spring support was not welded

How in the HECK do you earn a 4.6 Google rating 081320??!! IMPO, these are Dangerous & Poorly-built pontoon and tri-toon boat trailers/products. Riveted, non-SS ground connection at tongue that fails on day 3 after buying your boat. ++ IMO, improper cleaning of raw material before welding, poor welds, despicable wiring, poor powder-coating and overall a product to be ashamed of. There is no "value" in a worthless product. You earned this one star.

Drove down from Kansas City, on the chance they might have something I could use for a jet ski trailer. The owner got involved, searched his lot till he found just what I needed. They build excellent trailers as this is the second one I have owned. Making a great Jet Ski trailer now. Thank You.

These guys are so awesome. My husband was traveling across the country today pulling a trailer completely packed with stuff. He kept having blowouts and his axles were broken. He limped it to Bear Trailer from the interstate and they had him up and going in a couple of hours. New axles, springs and 5 new wheels and tires. They saved him from being stranded hundreds of miles from home and were very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend them!

Saved my trip from disaster and replaced trailer bearings. Awesome friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. These folks didn't know me at all but treated me like their best friend. Very reasonable charges. I hit the jackpot stumbling onto the business.

I use a Bear trailer to pull my G3 1860 and couldn't be more pleased. The removable trailer tongue allows me to store the boat in my garage and leaves plenty of room to maneuver. The trailer is well built and does what a trailer is supposed to do without hassle.
Recently I lost the key that prevents the removable trailer tongue from being stolen. Fortunately the good folks at Bear have the foresight to anticipate that 'lost keys happen'. The receptionist who answered my call was incredibly friendly and knew exactly who I needed to speak with. I had only to provide the trailer serial number and
