Jerrell started in the IT industry in 1994, working for an IT consulting firm in Bothell, Washington. While there he did subcontracted work for; Washington Mutual Banks Security team, confirming Y2K compliance with all of their HPUX servers.
He was also the west coast Regional Manager for AT&Ts Y2K compliance, certifying that all servers from Seattle to New Mexico were Y2K compliant, lastly, he worked at Microsofts Redmond campus on their Exchange Server 5.5 and on Windows NT Server 4.0 Q/A team.In 2000, Jerrell moved to the Inland Northwest and worked at Alcatel Networks in Spokane Valley.
