Vale Manufacturing began operations in 1948 purchased land and constructed our current manufacturing site in 1954. We are a privately held corporation engaged in the production of FRP doors, aluminum entrances and related products. Vale has enjoyed consistent growth by opening new markets even in difficult economic times.

Services
Our mission guided by facility managers and architects is committed to aesthetics, durability, hardware retention and serviceability supported by a network of certified erectors. All Vale anodized extrusions offer acid etched anodized coatings which reduce waste sludge landfill disposal up to 90%. Additionally Vale extrusions are made from reprocessed aluminum using only 3-5% of the energy required to produce a virgin product.
Vale Company manufactures various FRP doors to meet any standard your entrance needs may require. All models can be altered with custom reinforcements to insure hardware retention in the most demanding of venues. All Vale FRP doors are constructed with interlocking aluminum edge trim designed for easy component breakdown and field repair.
All Vale vision kits are custom sized to door dimensions and adjusted for specific hardware requirements to provide the most esthetically pleasing entrances. Other manufacturers who utilize stock sized door lites for economy and simplicity sacrifice beauty, appearance and proportionality. Vision kits are available in standard anodized finishes as well as custom Kynar colors designed to be coordinated with all door trim.
Designed to match our door surface the VC-100 panels are 1 thick and insulated to provide the perfect complement to your entrance needs when glazing is not preferred. This insulated 1-3/4 thick panel is particularly useful in applications where maximum insulating capability is required. This flush 1/4 double faced panel can be used in our vision kit material to create various combinations of two-tone color and inlayed designs.

Whatever your security requirements may be Vale Company will properly design the door and hardware package to meet your needs. Hardware application and retention is perhaps the most critical concern for Facilities Managers.

This place has been around for years...a lot of'em! They are efficient, well-priced and honest! It's a family owned business which is way more appealing than going through a larger corporate company. They do everything from doors & windows to kitchens and so on, I'm happy with the service and will continue to be a customer!
