Hailstorm in the Murphy-Sachse area got my brand new car. I"m very pleased with how courteous mario and norman were at Texas collision master. They have helped me get it back to 'like new.' They worked with my insurance co to get everything covered right, and as soon as insurance covered something fairly, they did the work quickly. I learned that insurance co's try to debate what they cover, but Texas collision master stood up for me and made sure the insurance covered everything honestly. I was kept informed along the way too, which was awesome. The severe hail damage meant that it took some time

Great place and great team. I took my car (2006 BMW 325I) with hail damage all around the top, trunk, and hood. Very quickly a team supervisor inspected my car and gave me the best deal I can find from around. He explained me the entire process and what it takes to get my car to a shinning status again.
