You won't catch me pulling one of their trailers down the road. The negative reviews about quality are right.
I went to look at a 7x20 tandem 7k axle utility trailer. The trailer looks great from the top, however, the underside is not painted, the wiring is all vampire crimps and the wiring is not protected. Worst of all is the welding. The channel angle was rough cut and not welded. You can see in the picture that they "tried" to weld the top of the channel, but it doesn't actually connect. This level of construction is disgraceful, especially on a heavy equipment trailer.

Absolute Horrible Service! If I could give zero stars, I would!
-Ordered trailer with two optional items to be installed and documented on order invoice.
-TTS called me week later saying trailer was ready...when I arrived, both items were not installed. Their response was, "well....we can order the parts to install them onsite, but unsure when we will receive the parts"....as if it was an inconvenience for them. I let them keep the trailer to install the two items I initially order.
- TTS called me two weeks later saying trailer was ready.....when I arrived, only one of the two items were installed

Bought a trailer back in May. Have had good luck so far. The trailer made a 2,500 mile round trip to Colorado with no issues.
Staff is very friendly. Had a pin hole air leak in one of the rims (not the tire) at about 2 months. Took the rim in and showed the owner. He replaced it immediately. Couldn't have asked for better customer service.

Worst customer service possible!!! I found a trailer I wanted to buy on their website, I started calling them at 9 am almost every hour to confirm if they had it in stock so I could come get it (calls went straight to voicemail). Somebody finally returned my calls at 3pm and tells me they do have it in stock, ready to be picked up. I drove across town with cash in hand to buy it, I got there at 4:30. I walked to their office and there is a girl standing at the door, blocking the entrance. I told her I was there to buy a car hauler, she interrupts me before I finished telling her that I had already

I Called this business to get a 12' tandem axel trailer because my friend in Texas recommended them. Put a $100 deposit down.
I live in NE Georgia so I had to leave at 3 am to make it there before their last "3:30 appt".
I called them about six hours always saying that I might be there around 3:45, but I'd do my best to get there ASAP. I was told by Sarah that "they promptly leave at 4 pm". I asked for some wiggle room as the weather was
degrading and traffic was getting worse. Again I got the same statement. So about three hours away I called and said it may be like

This is the second trailer I bought from them, 12 years ago the first one they painted the wrong color and didn't even sand it when they re painted, kept coming off. However, I decided to buy another a few weeks ago because they have the best price, BUT, you get what you pay for. I was told they are using a new builder, it shows in very poor workmanship, no QC. They welded the strips on to hold the boards in and just left the weld open, no paint or smoothed out, burn marks and slag ,already rusting. When I asked the guy he didn't have anything to say, didn't even offer any touch up paint. Bottom

If you are looking for Quality, I recommend looking elsewhere. Obviously there is no QC during the manufacturing process. So many poor and incomplete welds. The whole underside is not painted and the exterior where there's paint is very poor with little metal protection. The price is right if you just want to pull it around and not too concerned with how long it will last or if it is going to fall apart. I care about my safety and the safety of the general public will have these items fixed. Dang shame they could be so much better with taking a small amount of time to fix and add a full coat of

These folks are top notch. I bought a trailer from them last year and it was a bit big for what i needed. They let me trade it in for a brand new smaller one for a very reasonable price. Within a day i had an accident and the trailer needed repair. I called and they said come on up. They took very good care of me. Very attentive and knowledgeable. I will never buy a trailer from anyone else! Highly recommended .

I was very pleased with the quality of the trailers as well as the prices as I looked far and wide and did not find anything that came close to beating there prices for a new trailer.The girls in the office that handled my purchase were very friendly and helpful as well as efficient in taking care of all the necessary paper work. The trailer that I purchased was still on a stack but the time for them to get it down and ready to go was less than 30 min. and I was impressed with there efficiency. Definitely a great place to purchase a trailer.

I contacted Texas Trailer because I wanted solid platform for a teardrop camper. They had a 5x8 utility trailer that fit the bill except it had side rails. They said they could modify the trailer for an extra $100 over list. Since the list price was the lowest I had seen for that size trailer, I decided to buy. They promised the trailer in ten days. They got it done in eight. Picked it up today and I am very happy. It's a good solid trailer that will be a perfect base for my camper.

The trailer was made custom in about a week and the prices were pretty even for the market. The problem is I had to leave it the first time because none of the extras I asked for were on it including the 2x4 rail and the water cooler. Then when I got it, a brake light was out and the electrical system and brakes would go out and then come back while driving. They did fix it but I had to call back and remind them about the repair and had to call twice to find out when I could pick it up. I didn't feel like my repairs mattered to much to them but it did ultimately get fixed. Overall not
