They replaced my alternator. Unfortunately, the brand new alternator experienced infant mortality within 3 weeks.
Luckily, South Potomac Service Center honored the warranty and replaced the alternator again, no charge. Replacing an alternator on my vehicle is a much more involved and time consuming effort than it is on many other vehicles. So much so that Toyota quotes this effort as requiring a minimum of 3 1/2 hours labor.
They stepped up and took care of my vehicle - pleased with the outcome so far!

I have never had an issue with SPSC. Both Jims are very nice and professional and always try to give me the best deals on repairs for my car. My boyfriend goes to them as well and always has a good experience with them. They WILL work with you as best as they can!
