This surgical procedure uses saline or silicone breast implants to increase breast size and improve breast shape. Breast augmentation is ideal for women who are dissatisfied with the naturally small size of their breasts or volume loss after pregnancy or weight fluctuations.
Breast augmentation can be performed if you are dissatisfied with the size and/or shape of your breasts. There are a number of things that can contribute to unsatisfactory breasts. The breasts can be naturally too small or asymmetrical. In other cases, pregnancy, nursing, and/or the aging process may have distorted the pleasing appearance of the breasts.
A frequent complaint I hear from women is "I want my breasts back where they belong." As time passes, pregnancy, nursing, excessive weight loss and gravity have adverse effects on women's breasts. This causes the breasts to lose their elasticity, firmness, shape and begin to sag.

Breast revision surgery is performed when a patient is experiencing complications or is dissatisfied with their results from a previous breast augmentation procedure. This process usually requires the removal or replacement of an existing implant and the placement of a synthetic mesh scaffold to support weakened breast tissue, eliminating malpositioned implants.
Women may choose to remove their breast implants after breast augmentation surgery for a variety of reasons that include implant rupture, breast illness, or general unhappiness with the appearance of their implants. Women may choose to replace their implants with a different size or shape or resort back to their natural breast size.

I spent years researching Tummy tucks (abdominoplasty) and met with several surgeons. I knew as soon as I met Dr. Koch he was the one. He truly cares about his patience and took the time to listen to my story. He has exceeded my expectations. He walked me through exactly what was going to happen from preparing for the surgery to my recovery. My pain was minimal and my scars are barely noticeable. I am in love with my results! Dr. Koch was very thorough and I felt like he wanted and needed everything to be perfect. He answered all of my questions to the point. I felt like I was in good hands right from the beginning. I felt like he was confident and knew what he was doing. I trusted him.

Tanya has been my go to for facials for a few years now. She is amazing to say the least. She does miracle work on my skin, I have a lot of experience within the beauty industry and do not know how she is so… magical. I do not live in buffalo right now, so every time I come back, I make an appointment with her. I love this place, the aroma and entire set up they have is inviting and luxurious.

Amazing, wonderful experience from beginning to end! I got breast augmentation surgery back in may 2016 and could not be more pleased with the results and the whole process. I saw there was a review that he was rude. I completely disagree. He was professional and never tried to persuade me in any direction about the size I wanted. He didn't try to sell me on the procedure or any other services which I've had happen at other places. Since then I've been back for Botox and will continue to go for other services they offer at the spa. Totally recommend!

Dr. Koch and his staff are wonderful. From the initial consultation all the way to my post-op visits, he was always there to answer any question I had. He is very thorough in his examinations and I felt he truly cared. He called me from his personal cell phone the day after my surgery to ask how things went. He really cares about giving his patients a natural look, and that is exactly what I got. I can't thank Dr. Koch enough for his hard work and attention to detail.

Very rude Doctor ! Didn't answer any of my questions what's so ever didn't even bother to listen or look at me when we were speaking. All the questions that were asked for myself were basically where I worked and where my husband works exactly, like if it's any of his business. I'm there to be consulted and I payed for my visit. I felt like I was being interrogated on how I would be able to afford the surgery. And I certainly felt disrespected. Literally paid the man 50$ to feel completely uncomfortable in a doctors office. Fair prices but feels like a cut rate s American butt implant office. Todd will cut a deal and injects well. I like the rewards program. Please make things a little cozier for us ladies though. The lighting makes it tense and I have trouble being able to understand what he's trying to show me. Worth a try for anyone looking for liquid lift!

He is rude, nasty, and pompous. He wasn't interested in listening to my patient concerns. He talked over me. His office staff is rude too--although the front desk receptionist was pleasant. I walked out of the room while he was mid-sentence.
