Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Michael Ontiveros has dedicated his career to helping his patients look, feel and smile their very best for nearly 30 years. From an early age, Dr. Ontiveros knew he wanted to become a dentist. After graduating with a degree in chemistry from Arizona State University, he moved to Colorado and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Colorado Health Science Center.

Without going into detail, I was referred to Rocky Mountain Dental from a very trusted source. I came in knowing that I needed a painful and scary procedure. My anxiety and worries melted within minutes of my introduction to the staff. Very professional, friendly, and I felt legitimate care. Absolutely recommend.

I already love going to the Dentist, but this dentistry took my love up a bunch of notches. David made it really fun with his sparkling personality and finesse with dental tools. I’ve never had such a thorough exam before! I learned new things too! Dr. Mike was very kind and attentive with my silly concerns. Val was so fun to talk with as well. If you like teeth and fun this is the place to be. I can’t stop touching my shimmering teeth. Thank you Rocky Mountain Dental, I’ll be back.

This dentist seemed great at first. Both me and my husband saw him. But there is something funny with their billing department. We were asked to pay up front for our portion of my husbands oral surgery, so we did. Then they kept charging us for his oral surgery that we already paid for. I asked about it when I was there for one of my appointments and was told “no you don’t owe anything, that was a mistake. You already paid up in full. ” But then a couple weeks later my husband was in again for another appointment and they charged him more money for that oral surgery we already paid for. They

I haven't even left the parking lot and I have to leave a note about my new dentist! Wish I could give more stars! Rocky Mountain Dental Group here off 25th and Wadsworth did an AMAZING job on my 2 cavities. After my last cavity being a bad experience, pain and discomfort. I was so nervous this time. Dr. Ontiveros was so patient, calming and walked me through each step. I wish I found this dentist sooner. Thank you so much!

Always a pleasure going in to this place. Everyone's very friendly, and they take care of you without any surprise expenses. They really care about your oral health, and will not hold back in explaining exactly what they recommend. They take time with you to answer any questions and make sure you are comfortable. I've been coming to Dr. Mike and Dave for just about a year now; even with plenty of work needing to be done, I'm never worried about coming in. I've had cleanings and several fillings done, and even had to come in for an emergency filling replacement — each time, I was able to schedule and get in ASAP. The staff are very friendly and helpful in explaining all the fees, and everyone takes good care of you, making sure you're comfortable throughout the appointment and understand what's going on. They also give you plenty of chances to rest your jaw. They've been very conscientious about COVID

I used to dread the dentist..NOT ANYMORE !! I wouldn’t come anywhere else to get my teeth cleaned. The entire staff is awesome. My hygienist Dave was so nice and caring! I really enjoy chatting with him and the cleaning he does. The dentist is great as well, making sure you’re comfortable and not in any pain.
