Before coming here, I read how Dr. Kaff was "Gentle and never forceful", but I was traumatically injured here as a result of a botched forceful adjustment. Dr. Kaff took 2 seconds from the time I lied on the table before adjusting my neck, not properly distracting me - My instincts resisted against his motion. A chiro should immediately back off when this happens, but instead he forced his way against my muscles all the way to the left causing extreme torque on my neck. Really muscling through my resistance -- to this day, I don't know why he did that or how he could possibly feel that was acceptable

The best chiropractic clinic in the Dallas area! I’ve visited many different chiropractors in the area and no one is as knowledgeable as Dr Kaff and Dr Wayne. I always leave feeling 10x better! The front desk ladies are always kind and welcoming - and knowledgeable as well. Lisa at the front has been there many years and you can tell she genuinely cares about the patients and wants to help. Raquel, Brandi, and Sue give the best massages before or after your adjustment. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I am so glad I found Dr Wayne. I had a great chiropractor in IL so she was going to be a hard act to follow. He’s as good or better! He listens and focuses on my exact problems. He’s patient and always answers all questions thoroughly. An excellent, professional practitioner. His staff are very accommodating from the office staff to the massage therapists. Everyone is friendly, helpful, thorough and quite professional. The office is welcoming and very, very clean.

I have been coming here for over 5 years ever since they were on Parkwood in Frisco and have always received the best customer service!! They are competitively priced and the chiropractors are extremely knowledgeable. A quick massage is even included with each visit!! The girls at the front desk are very good at scheduling and very patient with me trying to figure out when I can schedule my visit. They are so nice and very professional.
There is nothing to dislike about this place and then only reason I would consider going somewhere else is if I moved far away.

Dr Kaff has the utmost integrity & care for his patients. He puts his patients first. He is truly meant for his profession. He is a Chiropractor I would totally trust to treat me for any injury. He is well trained in chiropractic care from Parker Chiropractic in Dallas, & has an extremely top notch staff that accompany's his practice. Dr. Wayne is as experienced as him. Dr. Kaff would not hire a staff that was not as good as he was. I watched him grow his practice from very early on.

As a long time back pain sufferer I have found so much relief here. Dr Wayne is so knowledgeable on so many spine related issues - even my severe scoliosis. I love their extended hours and massage services too. I usually get the adjustment first and then a quick massage. If you are new to chiropractic care or just looking to switch providers you should definitely start here.

I came up in here today and received my entire life! I'm walking out with a new perspective of the day. I feel as if all things are possible and that the world isn't such a bad place after all.
Everyone from the massage ladies, to the front desk staff and the doctor real knows their job. The facility is clean and they keep their restrooms clean and stocked. It's very cool and comfy inside.

Dr. Kaff is awesome. I was referred by 2 different friends in the Frisco tx area. I thought my prior chiro was good but this guy has some skills. I've had lower back issues over the years and I'm very happy to have come in. I've been in 6 times. Now we are working on my feet that have been giving me recent problems. I will report later on that.

After moving and lifitng a ridiculous amount of heavy boxes and such, my back was hurting me. I'd been putting up with it for nearly 2 or 3 weeks, but it just wasn't getting better. So decided to see who was in my health insurance's network and who didn't have poor reviews. So off I went....
