Services
Stop by Southwest Bikes to see our fantastic selection of bikes from the best brands like Scott bikes, Phat Cycles, Bianchi Bikes and more! The Audio is built around a larger 22 diameter wheel, providing a more stable ride without sacrificing the classic BMX look and feel. Perfect for the die-hard trail dogs or taller riders looking for a bike more fitting to their size without having to resort to a bike that simply isn't BMX.
The SCOTT Addict 10 Disc was designed from the ground up with those long days in mind. With a geometry that is less focused on racing and more on enduring, a Shimano Ultegra drivetrain and disc brakes, the Addict 10 will be your go-to when you're looking to put the miles in. At the core of the Addict 10 Disc is a carbon frame with a sporty appearance that hides its all-road pedigree.
Style points matter. The Coco pays homage to the classic European step-through bicycle. Internal shift cable routing helps keeps the lines clean and sleek, and puncture-resistant tires help keep the ride stress-free. This is the bike that makes neighborhood cruising more fun, so we don't blame you if you "forgot the milk/beer/wine" and need to ride back to the store to pick it up.
The Dew is our classic all-around commuter/townie option for someone looking for an affordable, comfortable ride. We've modernized the Dew with a sweet new 2x8 Shimano drivetrain and integrated brake and shifter levers. Equal parts functional and fun, the Dew is equally at home hopping curbs on urban rides, cruising the bike paths, or rallying your local taco truck time trial.
Strider's Classic 12 is a lightweight, pedal-less balance bike that allows your child to straddle the bike with both feet on the ground and easily propel the bike by walking or running. This nimble steel bike lets your little one focus on the fundamentals of balancing, leaning, and steering without the distractions and complications of pedals or training wheels.

I wish I could do 0 stars. This place is TERRIBLE. I came in to get my bike fixed and the guy gave me a quote. This guy looked at it and was for sure that it was a certain part. Next thin I get a call later to pick up my bike and it's double what the original quote was. I asked him what happened and he said "we'll it needs a different one. " I told him well why didn't you guys give me a call if it was going to be more. They didn't even try to be nice when they were in the wrong.
Terrible service and manager.
Please save your time and don't go here.

Southwest bikes come on y'all I bring a bike in asking for help to put my coaster brake back together i thought they would have been happy to help not so. When I walk into a bike shop you expect people that are happy doing what they love not so. Super dissatisfied. really nice shop all the accessories you could want so if you have a 4000 dollar road or mountain bike this is the place for you. btw it costs 8 dollars to have them remove and install a wheel and if it's flat they definitely won't put air in it before they give it back to you

Great bike shop and customer service! I rented a bike while in town, and the crew was ideal! Not only did Southwest Bikes help set everything up quickly, but they also gave valuable beta on local rides and even shipped my pedals back to me after forgetting them. Thank you, Southwest Bikes! Looking forward to another visit and rental soon.

I tried to support a local bike shop, but my local bike shop did not want to support me. I was in today with no "Hello" or "can I help with you with anything". I had intentions of spending around $350, after 40 minutes in the store and only one interaction trying to buy some mountain bike shoes, two tires, and a pair of gloves, I ended up just leaving and purchasing online. Seemed to busy for my money. This is my second time over the last year at this shop and I had a similar experience last time. I will never go back. I suggest just about any other bike shop in Las Vegas.

Rented a Kona Process 134 for two days but at this shop that means 3 days (3rd day is free!), and a full 24h per day! Smooth sailing, bike was in good condition (I only noticed a teeny bit of creaking possibly coming from the headset), appreciated how easy it was to book, pickup, and drop off. If I need another mtb rental in Vegas I'll definitely be back. Thanks SWBikes!

I bought a Fuji Traverse 1.5 from Southwest Bike and got a free tune up out of the purchase. I went to get a tune up after 500 miles, and the technician tells me they don't do tune up and recommended I bring the bike back to them only when I have issues with it. I took it back because of this clicking sound when I am paddling the bike. It' an annoying clicking sound. There is no sound if I have no hands or one hand on the handle bars when paddling the bike. I told them that it is in the handle bars because I had them put an extension for me when I bought the bike.
hey did some work on the paddles

If you have a high dollar road bike or MTB that you value and care about a great deal, and that you want to mechanically function properly at a top level, THIS SHOP is NOT where you want to take your bikes. The mechanics there are just plain bad mechanics, or are such slackers, that they just do not care (or both). On Five separate occasions when I took my bikes there, after the fact I totally regretted it and had to take my bikes to other shops to fix the original issues that this shop could not fix, and or also fix the issues this shop created in attempting to fix my issues that I came into

I took my bike to get a new tube on the back tire rrr we replaced. They guy working there took my bike to the back and came out and told my my tire frame was crooked and needed adjustment. I told him I never had a problem with the tire except for the need for a new tube. I told him if you think it needs adjusting go ahead and do it. He went to the back and came out five minutes later with my bike. I paid and he put my bike into my car for me. The next day I had a long ride planned. While riding my bike the tire keep rubbing against the metal on my bike. The break pads where way too tight on the

The staff are all nice and knowledgeable. I'm usually a DIY kind of gal, but when my tire when flat and I broke my lever trying to get it off (like trying to open a pickle jar x10) I decided I needed help. Standard to the realm of the repair industry, I was worried I would be up charged for something I can usually do on my own for cheap. I was pleasantly surprised. I went in, told the employee the issue (if I ever catch his name I will update the review as he deserves the kudos), and he went to work. He found some other issues so he gave me options and made recommendations. Ended up agreeing

I can't say enough good things about this shop. Everyone in the shop is friendly and helpful, But Pat and Tim stood out to be super helpful even though I didn't even buy my bike from them in the first place. Best they didn't nickel and dime me for every little thing which is just annoying when other shops do that (turn a screwdriver and that'll be 30 dollars). I first went there to buy a new front fork because I hated my suspension on my new bike. But they were honest with me and told me I just needed adjustments and I should save the money. Pat helped me get my suspension totally

Highly recommend Southwest Bikes as they always provide the best service and honest.
I have taken both my MTBs and road bikes here and nothing but great satisfaction of the results.
Special thanks to Pat Sablan as he took care of me and my bikes (squeaky noise and forks rebuilt) to the best ability he can. Just rode my MTB last night and was smooth as a fox!
Thanks again SB Shop

I've heard nothing but good things about this bike shop, so I went in and just wanted to ask a couple simple questions and was given attitude by one of the mechanics. I was told they weren't doing tune ups or major services which I was fine with because they had a sign letting me know prior to walking in.
Since I don't know a thing about mountain bikes I just wanted to ask some questions but kept being rudely cut off and told they aren't doing tune ups. I just wanted to know if they could take a look at the bikes and tell me what was needed so I could know if they were worth

Took my sons bikes for here for a tune up, new tires, new tubes and a couple cables.. they called us before the due date, went over the final needs and cost.. and once we approved the repairs they were finished up before the original quoted date..
Several times this place under promised and over delivered! Would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or bicycle products!
