Our goal is to create a place where children will have a fun and enjoyable experience while learning to care for their teeth and maintain their overall oral health. Our vision for our practice is that oral health is a right, not a privilege. Our office is in Stillwater Professional Park, across from the mall, just off of Stillwater Avenue.

Our skilled staff work together as a team to provide compassionate, patient-focused, complete oral care with a commitment to excellence in service to each pediatric patient. As such, we focus on prevention and educate families about methods to maintain good oral hygiene. We communicate with patients and their families to build mutual trust and uphold the responsibility to treat each child completely.
To provide specialized and comprehensive care for infants, children and adolescents, as well as special healthcare need patients of all ages. We provide care in a friendly, safe and state-of-the-art environment with a focus on prevention and education for family. Our goal is a hope to lead the way toward the best oral care for children in Maine in conjunction with other dental practices.
Your child won't keep his or her first teeth forever, but that doesn't mean those tiny pearly whites don't need conscientious care. Maintaining your child's dental health now will provide health benefits well into adulthood, as primary (baby) teeth serve some extremely important functions. For one thing, primary teeth serve as guides for the eruption of permanent (adult) teeth, holding the space into which these new teeth will erupt.
Along with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, we recommend that a child's first dental visit be scheduled by his or her 1st birthday. It is very important to make the first visit as positive and enjoyable for the child as possible. We want your child to enjoy getting to know our doctors and staff and be comfortable at all times.
There are a variety of dental treatments we provide to prevent tooth decay in children, or to save or repair teeth when necessary. Topical Fluoride - Fluoride incorporates into the enamel of teeth, making it harder and more resistant to decay. Although there is a small amount of fluoride in toothpastes and in some drinking water supplies, we can apply a higher concentration onto your child's teeth for maximum protection.

Dr. Toloo and staff are above and beyond amazing. They made my daughter feel so comfortable and provided a safe and goofy environment that puts all kids at ease. Not to mention extremely knowledgeable and informative. Everything is right out in the open, the transparency is refreshing. I especially love the pre teaching of patient and staff expectations to my daughter on her first visit as well as the autonomy

I had an emergency with my child and even as a new patient they were able to get her in the next morning. I couldn’t appreciate the care they gave her more if I tried. Dr. Toolo was sweet and funny and informative and she was so comfortable through her first procedure. I knew I put my child in good hands.

Dr Gaston To'olo is the best in the business. He is amazing with children. Professional, funny, smart, and has a very calming personality. My 10 year old had two baby teeth extracted today, for the first time ever, and they took such good care of her. No tears, or even a single ouch. I was so impressed. The staff is great as well, very friendly. It would be difficult to find a better pediatric dentistry anywhere. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Dr To'olo!!
