I'm a board certified family medicine doctor trained in upstate New York where I learned how to do a lot on my own, and now I'm practicing back home in the city where I handle as much as I can in the office without sending you all over the city for needless referrals. I was raised in New York City.

I completed my residency in Schenectady NY. I started off working for a big corporate medical practice in Harlem, but found that it did not give me the time to really know my patients. It felt like an assembly line; 15 minutes to see one problem and move on. I didn't want to practice medicine like that.
Services
When you don't have the time or the ability to visit your doctor's office for medical care, you can turn to telehealth. The exceptional team at Matt Pabis, MD offers telehealth to new and existing patients, giving you the ability to videoconference with your doctor, receive medical care, and be prescribed medication while staying in the comfort of your own home.
Opioid and alcohol dependence costs Americans upwards of $325 billion each year. This number takes into consideration how much people spend on health care, how much time is lost at work, and the costs associated with drug and alcohol-related crimes. But the cost of addiction to the individual is impossible to calculate, and often robs you of far more than your money.
A survey conducted by the Cleveland Clinic found that about 42% of men only go to the doctor when they're worried they have a serious medical condition. If that profile fits you, then here's some food for thought: you may prevent that serious problem by visiting Matt Pabis, MD, for routine annual exams.

As soon as I began seeing Dr. Pabis, I saw that he can be a professional, knowledgeable, and caring doctor. I am always consistantly/brutally honest with doctors, and it is the single best way to approach any relationship with your, or any physician. Despite the rude, uselessness of his staff, he seemed to understand well, that my chronic anxiety & panic-attacks, were in dire need of treatment. He was mostly sympathetic, and extremely helpful in almost every possible way...
As the 'pandemic' hit the city, Dr. Pabis was very accommodating, by E-Scripting me my monthy prescription medications, with

Dr. Matthew Pabis is by far one of the most amazing doctors I have been given the opportunity to meet. I consider it to be a blessing to have him as my primary doctor. He has a profound knowledge of medicine. Dr.Matt is clearly present with you during your session and does not push off medical concerns on other specialists.
He clearly explains what is medically going on and what your options are; alleviating medical concerns and anxieties. As a dedicated doctor by calling he takes the time to explain any question you have in a clear and precise matter. He is prompt, precise, diligent and knowledgeable
