August 2021, 2 bedroom. Checked out a day early. Only thing this place has going for it is the location. Our unit was old and very dirty. Concerned for cleaning policy, especially with COVID. Carpet was black with dirt. Living room furniture felt tacky to touch. Sofa pillows were stained. Bath mat hanging in the bathroom was soaking wet. Elevator was out over the weekend. WiFi in and out. Assigned parking is very tight and others don't always park to leave you room to get in. Handicap deck is falling apart and in need of repair. Please understand that each unit is privately owned so your experience

I stayed here with my family this past week and was very disappointed for several reasons. 1) The room was not cleaned properly. 2) The furniture is old and the couches are sunken in. 3) Although this is a family friendly place there is no restrictions on noise control or social distancing. No one monitors the property. Families were playing corn hole and having dance parties right outside of my bedroom patio using our tables and chairs until 3:00 AM every single night. When in the pool and hot tub there was no social distancing and at one time over 30 people from a group were in there when I was

Great facilities with really friendly people who rent condos. Some people will be down there that own their places but they are nice and more friendly, in most cases, than people just down there for the week. Has been our go to place in Ocean City for many years and will definitely continue to be

Perfect location, clean pool, spacious kitchen. Noisy from the pool during the day and amusement rides at night. Each unit is different-inspect before you check-in.

This place is a good bargain. You are basically on the boardwalk and all the shops, restaurants and beach are a stones throw away. The condo is in good shape, there is room for improvements. If you don't mind noise (playland amusement park is next door) until 11 ish then you are set!
