I came for a pre-purchase inspection, and then some electronics work . They sanded all the way through my gell coat bellow the water line on a 15 square foot section painted it over with bottom paint then played me for about 2 months saying they would fix it. They never did, nor did they accomplish any of the electronics work. They insisted on sand blasting right next to my boat scratched it all up and left tiny rust colored stains all over it. I had to flee before they destroyed my boat. All I got was a bill for the storage and haul out and a bunch of headaches.I would never trust my boat to these

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Great value and service. They were recommended by quite a few people that know much more about boats than I do. They exceeded expectations and proved that they really cared about taking care of my boat and making sure I was happy with the final outcome.

Store my boat here. They launch, refuel (reasonably priced for non ethanol gas, not legalized robbery), bait and supplies available. They even package it for your vessel before launch and your ready to go when you get there. Industrial canal docks give easy access to restrooms when we are out just riding or tubing/skiing. I can go to marsh area, MRGO, Lakes Borne or Pontchartrain all in a matter of minutes.

I dropped my boat off for an inspection after a mouse chewed a few things and I wanted to make sure nothing else was damaged. Also, my windshield had a few stripped screws along with one of my navigation lights needing to be replaced. I was told it would take two weeks max when I dropped the boy off. Now, 4 weeks later. The boat yard manager (forgot his name but maybe Erin?) refuses to answer the phone and after 4 or five messages, never calls back. Overall, the poor costumer service make me 100% sure I’ll never go back. Just be prepared to drop your boat off and not fish for weeks and weeks
