Justin worked with me to schedule our inspection and Marc came out and actually performed the inspection. Inspection was of a relatively new condo so not too much for us to be concerned with but regardless Marc did a very thorough job. The inspection lasted a little over an hour and Marc walked me through a few details every homeowner would want to be familiar with. He made a point to climb into the attic regardless of it being a condo and found evidence of a previous leak/repair that we will need to bring up to the HOA due to very soft sheathing.

I had 2 home inspections done by DwellSafe this year. One of them revealed a lot of costly problems which kept me from buying a bad deal!! So the inspection fee saved me money! I then went on to find another property and used DwellSafe again. Some small issues were found which I was able to use to negotiate the price of the house. Both home inspections were very thorough leading to a detailed report. My inspectors were Justin (first property) and Marc (second property). I highly recommend DwellSafe!! If I find another property in the area they serve, I will gladly use them again.

Got to work with Marc on our recent home inspection. He was very accommodating and took his time to check every nook and cranny of the home. He also had us walk through with him and educated us on issues that were found and the appropriate course to take to resolve them, and it reflected in the timely and thorough report we received. The experience made us feel great about our home closing process moving forward. Would definitely work with this company again.

We hired them for the inspection of a purchase of a new home. It was a relief to find a company that has modernized and was so responsive to my inquiries. It was easy to schedule with Justin and they accepted online payment with credit card. The price seems worth the service. I hired DwellSafe to perform an inspection of my home prior to listing it. Marc did the inspection and he truly went over every nook and cranny of this big old house, even climbing up on the roof when there was some snow on it and going into all the crawl spaces. He was ok with me following him around and was patient with answering all of my questions. The inspection was extremely thorough (he was here for 4 hours!!) and the report was extremely detailed. I now have all the info I need to get the house ready to put on the market. I would definitely recommend DwellSafe to anyone looking for a home
