Every once in a while you run into customer service that is so good it deserves to be commended. I'm trying to get a marble lamp that is a family heirloom to a client in another state. 3 gentleman listened intently to everything I said and even offered different ways to consider delivery before choosing them.

My 96 year old grandfather decided to ship his much treasured stereo cabinet (radio/record player) 350 miles north to my home. Cody Eggert went above and beyond to guarantee my grandfather’s request was granted. I greatly appreciated the note from Cody outlining his visit with my grandfather. Thank you West Coast Packaging for being a company of integrity in a very jaded world. We greatly appreciate the work that went into packaging and shipping and your compassion and kindness to our favorite senior citizen.
