Dan is great. He fixed my laptop better than new. In the process of fixing it he discovered the last place I taken it to for repair didn't even connect what they installed. I love the fact that Dan took time to go over all the possibilities of what could be wrong and the costs.

Did a great job recovering all my data from a failing laptop hard drive. Then did an analysis of the drive and determined it was failing. Total cost for recovery and analysis was $75 which I thought was very fair. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the cost for a new drive, installation and reinstalling Windows 10 was it was more than a new desktop with a monitor, keyboard and mouse and Windows 10 already installed from a big box store.

Took laptop in for repair. It took 3 months, charged over 2 times the quoted amount with out warning, charged me for parts he damaged, scratched the inside of the computer (perfect condition when I dropped it off) no apology or offer to discount price. His idea of fixing the scracthes was to use a permanent marker to try to cover. Was a disappointing experience to say the least. I will never return and don't recommend to anyone.
