My plans are complete using a true architectural modeling program. Your dream home will be designed in a "virtual world" where you can do "walking tours thru and around your home" and view everything before a drawing is created. Basically, I build your home before your builder does.

Discuss with your bank the going cost/sq. Something the whole family can participate in. You can take pictures of houses that you see driving around town or on vacation, magazine pages or website pictures, another drawing or even your own sketch.
