I had been a customer of Jim’s for nearly 18 years. The customer service for the majority of that time was top notch. Unfortunately it’s like a different company now. Nobody ever answers the phone. My home owners insurance was never filed and it took forever to get a hold of anyone who could even fix it. Jim used to reply to emails and now you get no response. I wish they could return to the way they once were. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone at this time.

I’ve had to call the office several times over the summer because we moved from a house to an apartment while we waited for our new house to be built. They NEVER answer the phone, they don’t return calls, and if you call the main number, even the main State Farm people can’t get a hold of this office.
If you do get to talk to them, they are very nice people. So if you intend to only interact with them by walking in the door whenever you need something, I’m sure they’d be a great office!

Tim, my previous agent, was great. I felt he took care of my insurance needs and listened to my concerns. Since he left, I've been disappointed in this agency, although Christy and Susan, Jim's assistants have been pleasant. The cost of my State Farm insurance went up 25% this past year, although I still have the same car with a good safety rating, supposedly because insurance costs are going up so much, or something like that... Update: Christy is no longer at this office. I just received my renewal and my insurance went up another 20%. That's a total of 45% within one year!

Jim and Susan are great to work with. They really know the industry and have helped me secure the insurance protection that I need in any event that might go wrong for me personally and with my business. It's very important for me to have an agency that I can have complete confidence in.
