Strong communication with Jeremy going in, good pitch suggesting good likelihood of outcome. Promised that RJA specializes in collecting from LLCs/small businesses and will relentlessly and indefinitely continue to attempt to collect. Agree to 50% commission. RJA/Jeremy seem to have made several attempts to contact account over a month, were met with obvious resistance, gave up on the originally pitched "3 tiered relentless collections efforts), and then notify me that I will have to pay RJA a fee of either $1500 or $1050 (not sure which), in order to proceed with a legal retainer fee which would

Was called by this company and offered services, and we declined. I politely asked them not to call us back, which their representative then said he would not call back TODAY. I asked for them to not call back ever, to which he said he would probably call back TOMORROW. I told him he would be harassing us at that point, to which he replied that he would just have another associate call us. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
