Very disappointed with this company. This isn't on their quality of window repair but on their customer service. I had called to get my window fixed and let them know it was on the PASSENGER SIDE. The window got stuck half way up and I was very satisfied with this company the first time this happened. I called to make an appt and they said they would get someone to come by. I then remembered that I might've got two different companies to work my windows or it could've been the same. I couldn't remember so I called LB Car Glass and asked if they had worked on my PASSENGER SIDE

Office made it simple. Almost too simple I thought it was 2 good 2 be true. Said he would be here same day at 1-3 guy showed up at 1. This place was really well priced. The service tech on my Ford transit van went above and beyond. Vacuumed and wiped down the inside of my van. Will definitely recommend

Horrible communication between drivers and dispatch. Rude management and really shortsided when it comes to professionalism. If you order from them give they get the address right. Make sure to tell them 3 times. They might end up blaming you instead and show up with the wrong parts. From a former dispatch in their line of work it was miles away from even poor service. Be sure to annunciate because their ears are obviously full of some kind of foreign material. Buyer beware.
