Doesn't follow up. I've been trying to get a quote for 3 weeks. Had the inspection, now can't get a quote. Can't get them to follow up. I've have called several times. Finally heard from them through email after contacting them through their contact form online. They had written my email down incorrectly and thought that just because the email went through that I received the quote. They never did return my phone call. I specifically asked for a return phone call all 3 times I called them. Even after they sent me the quote they would not schedule an appointment until the
