Tom's business has come strictly from referrals and word of mouth due to his extensive knowledge of the product and superior services. In 2009 Tom decided to open a showroom in Andover, MN to accommodate his customers growing demand for flooring and installation.

I have not seen someone so prepared to put customer satisfaction in the utmost priority as A1’s owner and staff. Our carpet and vinyl from A1 is beautiful and perfectly placed. The end result is amazing, not a single bit of carpet mess left behind and, being from the industry, I’ve not seen that before. Prices were very good and the selection process made to be quite easy. I’ve heard some nightmare carpet stories from those “in the know” and “around the block” which made me very glad to have chosen A1 because I’ve also heard of some really great feedback and customer experience
