We accidentally locked the keys in the car and Shawn (I think is his name) got us into the car in about 5 minutes! He had a great attitude even though it was very late and he drove from Norman to Shawnee. I will definitely use this company again! Justin McBride was extremely rude, unprofessional and as a rep of Chevy should never speak to anyone requesting services like he does.

LIAR!!! The people that are leaving good reviews must be either related to or are friends with the owner of this company. He also owns Shields Towing and Auto Repair out of Moore. He is trying to SCAM us out of my dead Grandfather's pickup. Told me it had been auctioned off when I was looking at it sitting in his impound lot with my own eyes. He doesn't follow the rules and regulations set by the DPS. I am making it a priority to make sure this company is taken off of Moore PD's rotation log and ultimately shut down all together. Justin is a CROOK with several LLC's that he uses to SCREW people

Insurance assigned them to me. The man was so rude to me. He told me to send my location and he would tow my vehicle. 2 hours later I texted him but no response. 2 more hours later I called and he said he didn’t know anything about my vehicle. I told him we just spoke and and I sent him my location earlier. He quickly brushed me aside and said if I have a problem to talk to my insurance.

Justin who I am assuming is the business owner is very inconsiderate to the customer and immature in the way he handles his business. If your going to leave the customer waiting, be honest and upfront. I am a patient person and upfront at that but this man will leave his customers hanging for 2-3 hours and then no call no show. Terrible customer service and no consideration to the customer!!

My insurance company assigned then for my tow. I called them to verify the time frame qnd they said they were too busy to give an estimate but that it would be done. I proceeded to go home and expected the car to be at my tire repair place the next morning. It was not. When i called, they said they never accepted the order and were extremely rude and hung up on me. I'm now careless as it is Saturday and it is my daughter's birthday. Completely rude. Completely unprofessional. My insurance company called them and she got hung up on 3x. At minimum a phone call to say they weren't going to tow it

My insurance assigned these guys when I needed some assistance. My estimated time of arrival was in an hour so while I was waiting I started reading other reviews and got a bit nervous. Within 5 minutes of my request, they called me and said they were headed my way! They were roadside with me in less than 30 minutes. I’m thoroughly impressed with their response time and customer service. I didn’t catch the name of the man who helped me but I really appreciate it and highly suggest them!

All of the 1 star reviews are true. Ford roadside sent me a notification that Steadfast was on their way. I originally called in at 3:00pm and the ETA given by Steadfast was 4:40pm. At 4:40pm I called to see where they were as I was asked to. Dispatch said they were stuck in traffic in an unknown location, but would be there asap. I wait until 5:30pm and they still had not shown up. I called back in and the same excuse they are still somehow stuck in the exact same traffic jam an hour later... and still don’t know where they are.... Still waiting. Also notice how the company does not reply to

Insurance assigned them for towing my car. I had the worst experience of my life. If there was negative stars, i would give them NEGATIVE five stars. Their estimate was 90 mins, called them after an hr to make sure they are on their way, they were very rude and asked me to just wait. So waited another hr , and after that I called my insurance just to find that this garbage towing company had cancelled the pickup and did not even bother informing me or the insurance company.

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I used Ford Roadside Service and after waiting the 60-120 minutes given, I called to check on when they would arrive. I had been told by Justin that the tow truck driver would call me so I could meet him there (I had small children and groceries so I needed to go home first). He told me they were on their way (at this point I had never received a call from the tow truck driver). We immediately left to meet them and waited there for a bit before calling back to check. At this point Justin told me the service had been canceled and he was very rude
