I switched to Arkansas Eye Site because my doctor had moved to another state and I had heard great things about them. I'm definitely glad I did! I see Dr. Jones and just love how he takes time with me to explain things about my ongoing eye disease. He is very personable and easy to talk to unlike some doctors I have seen in the past.

Dr. Kamri Herndon is great about reading up on my chart and monitoring ongoing concerns. She's friendly and makes for a pleasant office experience. Kimberly, who is a part of the office staff, helped me pick new frames and made sure that I was getting the best price for my needs. She was thorough and kind. Would recommend this office.

The Dr. here is really nice and concerned about your vision I made them my permanent eye doctor!! The place is always clean,and organized. They have so many name brand frames ; Marc Jacob, Victoria secret, Nike, guess and so many others! I love my glasses and the nice velvet case w/2 cleaning rags! I would most definitely recommend!!!!

Arkansas Eye Site is awesome. I used Dr Harry Harrell for 20 years and when he retired I chose Dr Herndon. She is very thorough in her exams and takes time to explain any issues you may have. The staff greets you with a smile and kindness. I can not say enough about the care I receive. Thank you Dr Hrenandon and all the staff!!

The Arkansas Eye site team is great! They take you're eye health seriously and make a point to get your prescription correct and your glasses fitted properly. I've been seeing Dr. Gray for over 7 years now and I don't have any complaints. Hes not about rushing patients out of the door. He'll listen to your concerns and explain things in detail.

The owner which is one of the eye doctor was awesome, however the staff one in particular is very rude!! I had two incidents with this one particular staff, each time she was very rude. I wish nothing but the best for this business, if the office manager don't take care of this small issues it can bring a negative impact for this business. One bad apple can spoil the whole bush.
