Services
I began my professional life as a teacher, coach, educational trainer and consultant in Florida and Georgia. After completing my doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology at the University of Georgia (1994-1999), and clinical training at Duke University Medical Center (1997-1998), I opened a private practice here in Cary.
I specialize in working with young adults (16+) and adults seeking solutions for anxiety, depression, stress, health and wellness concerns, academic or career problems, relationship issues, and other problems of living. I also enjoy facilitating clients' personal and professional growth, performance, and quality of life.
