I have been with Blake Insurance for approximately 4 years. I started out with both home and auto, and in Aug 2019, I dropped auto insurance as I went with a local competitor and saved myself $100+ a month. I called Chad today to let him know that we closed on our house and no longer needed homeowners insurance and Chad was on the phone with another customer and would return my call. He had one of the other agents (Michael) return my call, and not even a hey thanks for being our customer. I am very disappointed with how Chad handled this....I will not recommend anyone to Blake Insurance.
